Ingredients
Pie crust
1 tbsp butter or soft margarine
2 cups heavy cream
4 eggs
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 lb swiss cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 Spread butter on pie crust. Mix cream, eggs, and salt until blended. Stir in cheese and mixture into pie crust. Bake 15 minutes, turn over to 325 and bake 35 more minutes.
