12 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
4 eggs
2 cups whipping cream
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 Prepare pastry Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pasty Beat eggs slightly Beat in remaining ingredients Pour into pie plate
Bake uncovered 15 minutes at 425 Reduce temperature to 300 Bake about 30 minutes or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean
