Ingredients

2 tsp. chili powder

1 tsp. gr. cumin

1 tsp. minced garlic

1/2 tsp. oregano leaves

1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

1 lb gr beef

1/2 c chopped onion

2 can(8oz.ea)tomato sauce

1 can(15 oz)black beans drained & rinsed

1 can whole kernel corn, undrained

1 can (4 1/2oz)chopped gr. chilies undrained

6 flour tortillas (8inch)

2 cups shredded cheese

Preparation

Brown beef & onions in lg skillet on medium-high heat;drain. Add tomato sauce, beans, corn & green chilies, mix well. Stir in spices except red pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min. Add red pepper to taste.

Spread 1/2 cup of beef mixture in bottom of 13x9x2-in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with 3 tortillas, overlapping as needed. Layer with 1/2 beef mixture and 1/2 of cheese. Repeat with remaining tortillas, beef mixture & cheese.

Bake in preheated 350 deg. oven 15 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
