Ingredients
1 1/2 pound lean ground beef
1 cup tomato juice
3/4 Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1 egg or 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combing all ingredients; mix lightly but thoroughly. Press into 8X4 inch loaf pan; bake 1 hour or until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear. Drain, let it stand 5 minutes before serving.
