Ingredients
4 boneless, lean chicken breasts totally cooked in low sodium soy sauce
3/4 cup of finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped kosher dill pickles
1 Tablespoon dried Italian Seasoning
2 Tablespoons dijon mustard
1/2 Tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
Teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup of Hellmans Mayo
salt & pepper to taste

Preparation
Shredd pre-cooked chicken with a fork and knife. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Add more mayo if needed
