Ingredients

2 Lg onions diced

1 Tbsp garlic

1 Small tin of anchovies minced

1 C green olives sliced

1 C calamata olives pitted and halved

1 & 1/2 Tbsp capers

1 C white wine

1/4 C fresh basil chopped

1 Qt. tomato sauce

3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Salt % Pepper

Preparation

In a 4qt sauce pan, brown the garlic and anchovies in the olive oil add the onions and cook till slightly browned add the wine and reduce ( about 3 min’s. ) add all the other ingredients and simmer 30 min’s. bon appetito
