Ingredients

3 1/2 c sifted flour

2 tsp baking soda

1 1/2 tap salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1 c sugar

1 can (16 oz) pumpkin

1 cup water

2 eggs

1 c chopped walnuts

1 c oil

Preparation

Heat oven to 350. Grease & flour loaf pans. Sift flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together. Set aside. In large bowl combine sugar, pumpkin, oil, water & eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Mix well. Stir in walnuts. Pour batter into loaf pans. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from pans and cool.
