Ingredients
2 boxes gingerbread or spice cake mix
1 box vanilla pudding mix
1 can pumpkin pie filling
1/2 C. packed brown sugar
1/3 t. ground cinnamon, ginger or pumpkin pie spice
Whipped cream or Cool Whip
Preparation
- Prepare gingerbread or spice cake according to pkg directions and cool.
- Prepare vanilla pudding and cool.
- Into the pudding stir pie filling, brown sugar and spice.
- Crumble 1 batch of bread or cake into a large glass bowl.
- Layer on half of the pudding mixture, followed by a layer of whipped cream or Cool Whip. 6 Repeat with remaining ingredients and top with whipped cream. Refrigerate any leftovers.
