Ingredients

3/4 cup pure pumpkin puree (from a 15-ounce can)

1 tablespoon peeled and chopped fresh ginger

1 cup whole milk

1 cup frozen peeled and sliced ripe banana (from 1 banana)

Pinch of ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon maple syrup

Preparation

In a blender, combine all ingredients. Puree until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and drink immediately.
