Ingredients
For the Cake:
2 Cups canned pumpkin
4 eggs
1 C salad Oil
2 Cups Sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp baking soda
ICING:
1 8oz cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter softened
2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
beat pumpkin,sugar, oil, and eggs for 3 minutes. Add sifted flour, soda, cinnamon and pumpkin spice Bake at 350 for 20 minutes on a 12x17 ungreased jellyroll pan. let cool beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter and vanilla. Spread on cooled cake and chill for 1 hr. then serve.
