#1: Clean pumpkin seeds by running them under cold water. Make sure to remove the pulp and strings from the seeds #2: Place the seeds on a baking sheet and spray with non stick cooking spray #3: Mix the seeds around so that each seed is coated with cooking spray then flatten them out to a single layer Step 4: Sprinkle the seeds with salt and bake at 325 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or until toasted. Step 5: Let cool then enjoy!
