Ingredients
2/c. pumpkin puree
3 eggs
1c. sugar
1/2. chopped walnut go on the roll not in the batter
3/4c flour
1t.salt
1t. soda
2t. cinnamon
Filling
1-8oz cream cheese softened
1c. powdered sugar
1t. vanilla
2t. margarine
Preparation
Mix batter, spray non stick spray on sheet tray and pour onto sheet pan,sprinkle with walnuts. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes, sprinkle with powdered sugar, turn onto parchment and roll up and refrigerate 1 hour. Fro the filling Blend all ingredients together, Unroll the cake, spread filling to edges of cake and re-roll, cooler or freezer, so it cuts easy.
