Ingredients
Cake
3/4 cup flour
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t ground cinnamon
1/2 t cloves
1/4 t salt
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin
1 cup nuts (chopped) - can be spread on top or mixed in
Filling
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
6 T margarine (soft)
1 t vanilla
Preparation
Oven 350F
- Grease and flour a 15x10 pan
- Pour cake mix in pan and bake about 10-15 minutes (watch for it)
- Lay cake out on terrycloth dish towel sprinkled with powdered sugar and let it cool
- Roll cake into towel
- Unroll cake
- Spread filling
- Roll cake and wrap tight in clear plastic wrap
- Chill overnight
