Ingredients

1/2 cup canned pumpkin

1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup milk

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 cup ice

1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract

1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1/4 tablespoon ground cloves

1/4 tablespoon ground nutmeg

2 large graham crackers

:) whip cream for topping

:) optional cinnamon stick for aesthetics

Preparation

  1. In a blender add pumpkin, ice cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and spices.
  2. Blend together.
  3. Add ice and blend until smooth.
  4. Crush graham crackers in a plastic bag or crumble by hand to create “crust”.
  5. In two small glasses add a layer of crumbled graham cracker to the bottom of each, conserving more graham crackers for the rest of the layers.
  6. Pour pumpkin smoothie to a bit under the half way mark of the glasses. create another layer of graham cracker, still conserving some for the very top.
  7. Pour another layer of pumpkin smoothie in both glasses until almost full.
  8. Add whip cream and top it off with the rest of your graham cracker “crust”. Add a dash of cinnamon on top and a cinnamon stick too for an even more wonderful presentation!
