Ingredients

2 eggs lightly beaten

16 oz canned pumpkin

3/4 c. sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

2 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. nutmeg

1 tsp. ginger

1/2 tsp. cloves

1 1/3 c. cream

1 9" unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425.

Mix ingredients in order given. Taste for spice, and adjust according to preference. Pour into pie shell.

Bake for 15 mins. at 425, then reduce to 350 and continue baking for 45 mins. or until knife comes out clean. Top will crack.

Serve with fresh whipped cream.
