Ingredients

3 cups pumpkin

1 1/2 cups of coffee cream or rich cream.

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup white sugar

1/2 tsp.salt

1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2.tsp.ginger

1/4 tsp.nutmeg

1/8.tsp.cloves

2 slightly beaten eggs

1/4 tsp.vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingridients above until well blended. Pour the mixture into the pie shell.Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees,then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake about 45 minutes longer,or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
