Ingredients

1 cup pumpkin

1/2 cup brown sugar

3 tbsp. corn syrup

3 eggs beaten

About 2 cups can milk

1 tsp. cornstarch in a bit of water

1/2 tsp. ginger

1 tbsp. melted butter

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. grated nutmeg

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

2 tsp. lemon extract

1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Blend all of the above ingredients in a blender. Prepare pie shell, pour in micture. Start at 475, 6-10 minutes. Reduce to 350 or less and bake until done. (knife comes out clean)
