Ingredients

15 oz canned pumpkin

1 1/2 cups cream

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. ginger

1/4 tsp. nutmeg

1/8 tsp. cloves

2 slightly beaten eggs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Prepare pie dough and line pan with uncooked crust. Mix filling ingredients until well blended, then pour into the pie shell.

Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake about 45 minutes longer, or until an inserted knife comes out clean.

Serve with whipped cream.
