Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1 16 oz. can pumpkin

1 2/3 c. evaporated milk

3/4 c. sugar

1/2 tsp salt

4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

9" pie shell

Preparation

Mix in order eggs, pumpkikn sugar, salt, pie spice and evap milk.

Bake at 425 for 15, turn heat down to 350 for 45 min. Cool

Garnish with cool whip when serving
