Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell, bought or homemade

3/4 cups granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

2 eggs

15 ounces (1 3/4 cups) Libby’s Solid Pack Pumpkin

12 fluid ounce can (1 1/2 cup) evaporated milk

Preparation

Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in a small bowl. Beat eggs lightly in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.

Pour into pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes in preheated 425 degree oven. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
