Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh orange juice 

1 cup canned pumpkin puree 

1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened 

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for serving (optional) 

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 

Pinch of ground cloves 

1/4 cup bourbon (optional) 

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into glasses, sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve immediately.
