Ingredients

3 cups pumpkin, cooked and blended

3/4 cup evaporated milk

1/4 cup milk

2 eggs

2/3 cup brown sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp ginger

1/8 tsp ground cloves

1/8 tsp allspice

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 425F for 20 minutes. Reduce to 275F and bake for 2-35 minutes.
