CHEESE LAYER:

16oz Cream Cheese

1/2cup White Sugar

1/2tsp Vanilla Extract

2 Eggs

PUMPKIN LAYER:

1/2cup Pumpkin Puree

1/2pinch Ground Cinnamon

1pinch Ground Cloves

1pinch Ground Nutmeg

Preparation

Preheat Oven To 325’F

In A Large Bowl Combine Cream Cheese, Sugar & Vanilla & Beat Until Smooth Blend In Eggs 1 At A Time Remove 1 Cup Of Batter & Set Aside

Add Pumpkin Puree, Cinnamon, Cloves & Nutmeg To The Remaining Batter & Gently Stir Until Smooth & Well Blended

Add The Cup Of Cream Cheese Batter That Was Set Aside Onto The Crust Then Carefully Add The Pumpkin Puree Batter On Top

Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes
