Ingredients

3 1/3 cup sifted flour

2 tsp baking soda

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp nutmeg

3 cup sugar

1 cup oil

4 eggs, beaten

2/3 cup water

2 cup canned pumpkin

1 cup pecans, chopped

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together except pecans. Add oil eggs, water and pumpkin. Mix well. Fold in pecans. Mix until smooth. Grease 3 loaf pans, fill each 1/3 way full. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
