Ingredients
2 cups pumpkin, 15oz can
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup water
3 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2/3 cup chopped toasted nuts
Preparation
Heat oven to 325 Combine pumpkin, sugar, butter, water and eggs. Beat at medium speed for 1 minute. Add dry ingredients and beat at medium speed for 1 minute. Pour into greased loafs…about half way up. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes Cool in pans for 5 minutes.
