package (16 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Ready to Bake!™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (24 Count)

cup Halloween candy sprinkles

cups pumpkin ice cream

Preparation

Heat oven to 350°F. Bake cookies as directed on package. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

In shallow dish, place candy sprinkles. Spoon about 1/3 cup ice cream onto bottom of one cookie. Top with second cookie, bottom side down; press together gently. Roll outer edge of ice cream in sprinkles. Repeat with remaining cookies, ice cream and sprinkles.

Place on large cookie sheet. Freeze at least 1 hour or until firm. Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Store in freezer up to 1 month. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
