Ingredients
2 15oz. cans pumpkin
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3 cups evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups sugar or splenda
2 t cinnamon
1 t ground ginger
1 t nutmeg
1/2 t ground cloves
1 t salt
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup butter, melted
Preparation
Combine all but the last 3 ingredients. Pour into a buttered 13" x 9" baking dish.
SIFT dry cake mix evenly over the top of the pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle pedcans on top of cake mixture.
Dizzle melted butter over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5 - 20 minutes. Check after 1 hour.
