Ingredients

Pie:

1 (13oz can) evaporated milk

6 eggs

3 cups pumpkin

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 teaspoon ginger

1/4 teaspoon ground clove

Topping:

18 oz. yellow cake mix

1 cup pecans, chopped (optional)

1/2 cup butter, softened

Preparation

Pie: Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shell (I use 2 deep dish Oronoque pie shells)

Topping: Mix all ingredients to crumb mixture and sprinkle over top of pie.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
