Ingredients

1 29 oz. can of pumpkin (i.e. Libby’s)

2 C. of sugar

1 C. of vegetable oil

4 C. of flour

2 tsp. of baking soda

2 tsp. of baking powder

1 T. of vanilla

2 T. of cinnamon

1 12 oz. bag of chocolate chips (substitute for chocolate chips can be raisins)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients above, mixing well by hand. Form heaping spoonful drops onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
