Ingredients
2 cups pumpkin
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350.
Beat the pumpkin, sugar, oil, and vanilla until smooth. Sift together the dry ingredients and stir into the pumpkin mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls onto an oiled baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 15min.
