Pumpkin Cherry Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix

1 egg

1 stick melted butter

2 8oz cream cheeses

1/2 c sugar

2 eggs

1/2 t vanilla

1/2 t cornstarch

1 can comstock cherry filling

1 15 oz pumpkin

3 eggs

1 stick melted butter

1 t pumpkin spices

1 lb confection sugar

Preparation

Combine mix, 1 egg, 1 melted butter. Pat into 10 " cheesecake pan Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cornstarch. Pour into crust.Put pie filling on top. Beat pumpkin, 3 eggs, spice, 1 melted butter,conf sugar.Pour slowly over pie filling. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool & refrigerate.
