Ingredients

Pound cake mix 16 oz box

Whole eggs 3 each

Butter 2-3 Tbsp

Pumpkin Pie Spice 4 tsp

Cream cheese 8 oz

Sweetened condensed milk 14 fl oz

Canned pumpkin 16 fl oz

Cinnamon 1 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350„a.
  • In a small bowl, combine cake mix, 1 egg, melted butter, and 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice.
  • Beat with mixer on low until crumbly.
  • Press into bottom and up sides 1 inch of 10" springform pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Add condensed milk, remaining 2 eggs, pumpkin, remaining 2 tsp pie spice, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Mix until blended, pour into crust.
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes or until set. Cool.
