Ingredients
Pound cake mix 16 oz box
Whole eggs 3 each
Butter 2-3 Tbsp
Pumpkin Pie Spice 4 tsp
Cream cheese 8 oz
Sweetened condensed milk 14 fl oz
Canned pumpkin 16 fl oz
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350a.
- In a small bowl, combine cake mix, 1 egg, melted butter, and 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice.
- Beat with mixer on low until crumbly.
- Press into bottom and up sides 1 inch of 10" springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Add condensed milk, remaining 2 eggs, pumpkin, remaining 2 tsp pie spice, cinnamon, and salt.
- Mix until blended, pour into crust.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until set. Cool.
