Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
1 15 oz can pumpkin
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
3 T apple cider
3/4 t pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
Using stand mixer, combine cake mix and pumpkin. Pour into greased and floured (spray) 11 x 7 x 2 pan.
Bake at 350* for 28 minutes.
Let cool 10 min in the pan, then flip onto a platter. Meanwhile make the glaze by combining sugar, cider, spice. Pour over cake while still warm.
