Ingredients
1 cup sugar
15 oz can pumpkin
1 cup oil
3 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tea baking powder
2 tea cinnamon
1/2 tea allspice
1 tea soda
1 tea salt
Preparation
Cream together first three ingredients. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients, mix until well blended. Pour into greased 9 x 13 or bundt pan. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes or until tests done. Cool 10 minutes, turn cake onto rack to cool. If using 9 x 13, cut into squares and frost with cream cheese icing or vanilla cream icing.
