Ingredients

2 1/2 cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp allspice

1/2 tsp ground cloves

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 1/2 cup sugar or 3/4 cup SPLENDA Sugar Blend for Baking

1 cup canned pumpkin

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 3/4 cup butterscotch morsels

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, nutmeg and salt. Cream together butter and sugar; add pumpkin, egg and vanilla; beat until creamy. Mix in dry ingredients, then stir in butterscotch morsels. Drop on cookie sheets in tablespoons; bake 15-20 minutes.
