Ingredients
3 1/3c Flour
1 1/2t Salt
3c Sugar
1t Cinnamon
2t Baking Soda
1t Nutmeg
4 Eggs
1c Vegetable Oil
2/3c Water
2c Pumpkin Puree
Preparation
Heat oven to 350 F. Use 2 buttered loaf pans + 1 buttered mini loaf pan.
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl and make a well in the middle Pour wet ingredients in the center of the well and mix together until completely blended. Cook for one hour.
