Ingredients
2 large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 cup oil
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup rolled oats
1.5 cups flour (mix white and whole wheat)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
Mix wet ingredients, then add dry ingredients.
Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 for about 1 hour. Done when knife comes out clean.
