Ingredients
3 c. sugar
4 eggs(beaten)
1 c. salad oil
1 16 oz. can of pumpkin
1 t. baking powder
3 1/2 c. flour
2 t. soda
2 t. salt
1 t. nutmeg
4 t. cinnamon
2/3 c. warm water
Preparation
Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs and pumpkin; mix well. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to pumpkin mixture alternately with water. Mix well after each addition. Pour into 2 well greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until tests done with toothpick. Remove from pans and cool.
