Ingredients

1 2/3 Cup sugar

1 Cup vegetable oil

4 eggs

2 cups Canned Pumpkin

2 Cups flour

2 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp Soda

2 tsp Cinnamon

1 pkg cream cheese

3/4 stick butter

1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar

1 tsp vanilla

2 tsp half and half

Preparation

Cream together sugar, oil,, eggs & pumpkin. Mix dry ingredients together, then add to cream mixture. Mix well. Pour into 13x9 pan. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.

Frost: cream the cheese and butter together. Add vanilla and mix thoroughly. Add sugar a little at a time. Add half & half and blend until smooth. Spread over cake.
