Ingredients

CRUST

1 Yellow Cake Mix (Less 1 cup)

1 Egg Beaten

1/2 C Melted Butter

FILLING

2 Eggs

2/3 C Evaporated Milk

1 small can of Pumpkin

2/3 C Sugar

1/2 tsp Vanilla

1/2 tsp Salt

4 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Ginger

1/4 tsp Cloves

TOPPING:

1/2 C Sugar

1 Cup Cake Mix

1/4 C Cold Butter

2 tsp Cinnamon

Preparation

Mix cake mix, beaten egg & melted butter together and spread in a 13 x 9 greased pan.

Mix together all ingredients for the filling and pour over crust.

Mix together topping, cutting in the cold butter and spoon over the filling. Mixture will be crumbly.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until set.
