Ingredients

2 Tri Tips

1 Jar Heinz Zesty Coctail Sauce

1 Small Bottle of Ketchup

1/4 C mustard

3 Heaping Tablespoons Dijon Mustard w/Horseradish

2 Heaping Tablespoons Extra Hot Cocktail Sauce

4T Chopped Garlic

1/4 Cup Creamed Horseradish

Water to Cover

1T Beef Bouillon

Preparation

Put everything in a large stockpot and cover with water. Simmer for about 2 hours or until Tri Tip can be pulled apart. Remove Tri Tip from pot and pull into strings. Return to pot and cook for about another 20 minutes. Serve on toasted hamburger rolls with coleslaw. Excellent reheated for tailgating.
