Ingredients
1 Boston Butt Roast
1 white onion cut into large chunks
1 bottle of Cattleman’s BBQ sauce
1 pkg. hamburger buns
Preparation
Place roast, onion, and 1/2 cup of water into a large crock pot. Cook on medium - high for 6-8 hours. When meat falls apart easily, it is ready. Shred meat with two forks. Mix meat with BBQ sauce and place on buns. Serve with coleslaw, baked beans, corn, or potato salad.
