Ingredients

2 1/2 lb Pork Tenderloin

1 onion, chopped

1 bottle Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce

1 Tbs lemon juice

1 Tbs brown sugar

Preparation

Place tenderloin in crock pot and cook (w/out liquid) 6 hours on high. Cool and pull apart with fingers or a fork. Drain juice from crock pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Cook 2 more hours on high. Serve on Rolls.
