Ingredients

3 lb. boneless pork butt roast

12 oz can of cola

18.5 oz bottle of BBQ sauce

Mini-hamburger buns

Preparation

  1. Put roast in a slow cooker. Pour in cola & cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  2. Remove roast & shred meat. Reserve juices. Return meat to cooker.
  3. Add BBQ sauce & some reserved juices to make a medium-think sauce.
  4. Cook on low an additional 30-60 minutes.
  5. Serve on mini-hamburger buns.
