Ingredients
3 lb. boneless pork butt roast
12 oz can of cola
18.5 oz bottle of BBQ sauce
Mini-hamburger buns
Preparation
- Put roast in a slow cooker. Pour in cola & cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Remove roast & shred meat. Reserve juices. Return meat to cooker.
- Add BBQ sauce & some reserved juices to make a medium-think sauce.
- Cook on low an additional 30-60 minutes.
- Serve on mini-hamburger buns.
