Ingredients
2 loaves frozen bread dough
1 pkg instant butterscotch pudding
½ C brown sugar
1 T cinnamon
½ C melted butter
Preparation
The night before, thaw the loaves in the fridge (keep covered with a damp cloth to keep them from drying out).
Mix together the pudding mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Grease a bundt or tube pan. Cut the bread into cubes about 1" square. Layer the bread alternately with the dry mixture. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350º.
Pour the melted butter over the top and then bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
