Ingredients

4 eggs, separated

1/4 tsp cream of tarter

1/4 c. water

1/4 tsp salt

5 crushed, pan-fried garlic cloves

1/2 c. shreaded cheeze

2 tbsp. bacon grease

Preparation

Separate egg whites from yolks. cook garlic in two tbsp. bacon grease. While garlic cooks, beat together, egg whites, water, & cream of tarter. Combine garlic, bacon grease, whites, cheeze, & salt by folding in. Grease oven pan with shortening. fold all ingredients into oven pan, and place in pre-heated 350 deg. oven for fifteen mins. or till crusted.
