Ingredients
1 sheet frozen puff pastry-defrosted
3 TBS butter
2 med onions, sliced thin (vidalia works well for this)
1 tsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp brown sugar
1 4oz package of brie cheese
Preparation
Saute onions in butter, vinegar, and brown sugar. Set aside Spread pastry out on floured surface. Roll out until even and no seams show. Spread Brie over pastry and then top evenly with sauteed onion mixture. Roll up like a pretzel. Start from the long end and roll 1/2 way. Stop and repeat procedure from the other side so that the rolls meet in the middle. refrigerate for at least 15 minutes and then slice thin. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 11 minutes at 375 degrees.
