Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed according to directions on box
3 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup half & half
3 eggs
10 oz pkg frozen spinach, thawed, drained well, chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
2 green onions, sliced
salt & pepper
Preparation
- Preheat over to 425 F.
- Unfold puff pastry and place in baking dish. Roll up edges slightly as these will puff up and out.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Beat in half & half and eggs.
- Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into crust.
- Bake until golden brown and filling is set, about 25-30 mins.
- Cool 10 min before serving.
