Ingredients
4 cups canned coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
6 tbls cornstarch
Preparation
In a blender whirl all ingredients until smooth
Pour into a saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce heat.
Simmer until thickened; about 4 minutes.
pour into small individuals molds.
Cover. Refrigerate overnight.
