Ingredients

1 pack of baby (cherry) tomatoes

basil leaves

1/4 lb of Feta cheese

olive oil

balsamic vinegar

salt-pepper

dash of Garlic powder

Preparation

Cut in half the tomatoes. Cut 1/2 inch cubes of Feta cheese Using fantasist toot pick, inset one half of tomatoes, then one cube of feta and a piee of basil leaf then close the end with the other half of the tomato. Lay down the mini shishkababs on plater. Sprincle with the Garlic powder,pepper and a little bit of salt. Drip over with the Basalmic vinegar, and the oil. Let “marinate” for a few hours in the fridge. Take out an hour before guests arrive to let stand at room temp. Enjoy!
